Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to tidy up your mess quickly and efficiently, a robot vacuum and mop is the way to go. The top robot vacuums and mops in my tests are top-quality in navigation and mapping as well as the ability to remove Cheerios as well as tangled wires, and fake dog turds, without leaving them behind.
You can also schedule cleaning chores using an app and track their progress.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
If you're looking for the top robot vacuum and mop with bleeding-edge features look no further than the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This top-of-the-line vacuum is fast and agile and picked up human hair and pet hair nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It features a sleek and elegant app interface that includes an interactive map of your home, as well as buttons on the screen for manual control.
The S8's Dirt-Detection Technology allows it to change the cleaning mode in accordance with the amount of dirt. It will wash its mopping pads more frequently when it encounters dust. Carpeted areas get the first priority when mopping with mopping pads that are damp.
It comes with a range of other smart features also, including an alternative dock that connects to the plumbing in your home to wash and clean the mop without requiring refilling it manually. With the built-in voice assistant on the S8 it is possible to use voice commands to control the cleaning mode of your room and provide precise control with just your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those who want an automated robot vacuum that is hands-free with mopping capabilities. It's one of a variety of robot vacuums with combo features that also include mops but comes at a lower price than the majority of competitors.
Like most robot vacuums, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get started. This includes setting up an app account and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once you've completed that, the machine will begin to vacuum and mop easily.
It's important to note that the mapping process may take some time and the Yeedi Cube may need a few attempts before it has a good picture of your space. Additionally the object detection is hit or miss; it was able to get around furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a loose tassel rug and had to turn itself over to free itself. These are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those in need of an appliance that can do it all.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. robot vacuums best advanced mopping uses the rotation of the motion, which is similar to hand scrubbing. This means that floors are cleaned, not just cleaned. The vacuum stick that can be detached is a game changer that can reach areas where robot vacuums can't.
This model is essentially identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction capacity of 8,700Pa and a few other smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor will learn to understand your home's layout better and provide dynamic obstacle avoidance. The smart app allows you to customize a number of settings, including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum and mop returning to their charging base after each task to clean their pads and empty their dust bins, and put the waste in a self-sealing bag. This helps keep the system clean and also prevents allergens from recirculating. Its battery lifespan is long enough to handle large spaces without the need for a recharge during cleaning.

4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a high-end robot vacuum and mop model that offers impressive features at affordable prices. It comes with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power and a rotating brush that is ideal for carpets and hard floors and a great obstacle-avoiding. It also has an unique mopping method that utilizes a roller continuously spraying with water to collect dirt and then deposit it into the dirty water tank.
Its navigation system performed well. It avoided steps and walked close to walls without crashing. However, it struggled with fine engrained debris and didn't always get rid of raised thresholds for rooms. Its operating noise is also relatively high, and it could be a less reliable set-and-forget model than others.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with a docking system that allows it to refill its clean water, empty the dust bin as well as dry and wash the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance simple and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in accordance with a regular schedule. Eufy's app allows you to control all its functions. It gives clear information and plenty of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the most premium robot vacuums/mowers available, and it offers an impressive mix of mopping and vacuuming performance. The LIDAR mapping sensors can recognize furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with a reasonable accuracy. The app lets users fine-tune the coverage of the map, establish no-go zones and customize cleaning preferences. The main roller brush of the Freo is also designed to stop hair from wrapping around it, which is a major issue with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too it comes with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM and can apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system is also equipped with intelligent carpet detection, lifting these pads upward when they're in proximity to soft surfaces to avoid contaminating them.
The docking station is an automated maintenance center that automatically washes and dries the mops and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station has an integrated dust processing system that compacts dust, allowing for seven weeks of maintenance free operation.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars more than the S8 and this robot does a bang-up job at keeping my home office clean and can also tackle the corners of my tight apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to make an image of your home and knows where to stay away from. It has an object/obstacle detector that can block things like toys and dog bowls (but not Poop), unlike many vacuums.
Other amazing features include a self-emptying dustbin and a mop that is self-washing, adjustable to water temperature, and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also adjust the settings for each room and set up cleaning schedules.
Similar to the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood rugs with high-pile. And, if you're looking to cut down on time, it will skip cleaning rooms that aren't soiled. It's a great option if you have a mix of flooring in your home but do not want to invest the extra money on Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle both regular daily maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes, this little robot is an excellent choice. It comes with a wide range of features such as a self-emptying dustbin as well as a dock that can be used for refilling water, and adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It's surprisingly quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to pick up knots in the rug, and its battery drains more quickly than other models we've tried.
With a price tag of less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly powerhouse that packs serious suction and a handy automation into a sleek. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests however, it did well. It has a range of cleaning options, ranging from the quiet mode with low power which is suitable for small debris to the more powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It also has the capability to automatically remove and replace its mop pads without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum and mop that can be used in small spaces. It's quick and quiet, and it can navigate tight spaces efficiently. It also does a very excellent job of pulling pet hair off carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a good amount of suction power and it is able to take photos of every object it finds (i.e., chew toys, socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they aren't taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secured and are not tied to your account.
It is great at vacuuming, but not as good in mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that you clip to the bottom of the bot and it basically drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
